My Journey: From Performance to Presence
At the service of your resilience
Between Performance and Survival
For nearly twenty years, I evolved within the world of professional football. Serving as an assistant, then as Administrative and Financial Director, I learned rigor, priority management, and staying grounded in the face of the unexpected.
Looking back, I understand that this intensity was a way to keep moving. When you learn to adapt at a very young age, performance sometimes becomes a survival strategy. You hold on, you move forward, but you are not yet fully living.
The therapeutic Turning Point
My own therapeutic work began at age 19 to address the aftereffects of complex trauma. Psychologists and psychiatrists allowed me to stay upright, navigate depression, and function socially.
But the body held the memory: recurring depressive episodes, excessive self-demands, and an inability to slow down.
The true breakthrough occurred at age 42, during my hypnosis training.
For the first time, I was no longer a victim of my symptoms; I became the architect of my own transformation. The "I must hold on" shifted into a profound decision: "I want to live. I want to give myself permission to be happy."
Walking and Integration
After leaving the football world, I spent several months hiking alone across Europe. This face-to-face encounter with silence, nature, and my own body solidified my mission: to put my energy and my understanding of human mechanisms at the service of therapeutic support.
My philosophy
"One can learn to survive and yet still yearn for lightness."
Whether you come to me for a sleep disorder, smoking cessation, a transition period, or deeper work, the starting point is often the same: finding a more stable inner space. The past is a part of us, but it does not have to dictate our present.
Structured Expertise
Today, I combine my lived experience with certified training:
Certified NLP Practitioner (trained by Olivier Lockert, IFHE Paris)
Ericksonian & Humanistic Hypnosis (IFHE Paris)
Applied Neurosciences for Coaching & Therapy (L'Arche Paris)
My work is based on an alliance between therapeutic depth and a structured framework. I pay particular attention to nervous system regulation, inner safety, and the progressive autonomy of those I support.
